Kenyan midfielder, Tobias Otieno has switched clubs in the US. He had joined the third-tier side, Tormenta FC from fellow USL One side, Union Omaha.Otieno has been with Omaha for the last two years after joining the club from Gor Mahia and established himself as a key player for the club. The Georgia State based club play their matches at the 3500-seater Eagle field.”Tormenta have been pursuing him for a while and presented an irresistible offer.
