You should be careful over any medication you take and always try to avoid over-the-counter medication without informing the Team Doctor,” the Kenya Handball Federation Secretary who doubles up as an ADAK educator was quoted by the club’s media.Skipper Eugene Asike termed it as an eye-opener and at the same time urged his teammates as well as the juniors to be cautious on the same.“Today has been a great learning curve for everyone because we have been informed of so much we previously didn’t know about.
