Vihiga Queens lead striker Teresa Engesha and goalkeeper Winfredah Seda have confirmed that they have terminated their contracts with the Cash-strapped Women Premier League clubs.This comes after weeks of speculation, particularly over Engesha’s future who has been linked with a move to an unnamed Tanzania Women Premier League. I am no longer their player. I am at pains to leave the club that I have played for over eight years, a club that has been my home but in life, you have to make some tough decision,” she said.Seda also confirmed her departure from the club. She revealed that she will be clearing with the team on Tuesday before formally exiting.”I have terminated my contract and I will hand over any property belonging to the club on Tuesday,” she stated.The two departures come as a big blow for Queends who already lost goalkeeper Lilian Awuor to French side, ASJ Soyaux-Charente. Another key striker Jentrix Shikangwa moved to Fatih Karagumruk S.K. in the Turkish women league.
