After Pochettino and ten Hag – a ‘new’ name emerges as a candidate for the Red Devils helm

Ralf Rangnick’s managerial tenure at Old Trafford is nearing it’s end and it is quite obvious who the Manchester Reds want as his replacement – Mauricio Pochettino. However, the Red Devils are preparing a back-up plan in case the Argentine decides not to join.The focus shifts over to Ajax boss Erik ten Hag and one piece of information that has been sparking hope is that the Dutchman has been taking English lessons. As per Sportsmail, ten Hag is studying English in a bid to ensure he has a fluent grasp of the language ahead of a possible move to the Premier League at the end of the ongoing season, potentially gearing up for talks with Manchester United.At Ajax, they are aware of his intention to leave at the end of the season following recent internal talks. Even though speculations of joining Man United resonate the most, the fact he is committed to fluently learning English will leave him in good stead if any other jobs come up. He has won the Champions League on three occasions twice with AC Milan and once with Real Madrid (he is Los Blancos current manager and holds the team six points clear at the top of La Liga). In this potential managerial marry-go-around, there have also been suggestions that Pochettino could replace Ancelotti at Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
