Vihiga Bullets head coach Juma Abdallah believes winger Robert Arrot will be an asset for his relegation battling team once he fully adapts to the team’s style of play. The diminutive winger crossed over to the bottom-placed side from local rivals Kakamega Homeboyz in January and he is one of the players that Juma will be banking to lift his team from what looks like an inevitable return to the second tier of Kenyan football. The former Nakuru All-Stars winger is known for his trickery and speed down the flank and these are the qualities that made Juma rope him in before the transfer window was shut in early February.Last Saturday he started against AFC Leopards he started the game before he got hooked up in the second half for Kevin Sagide who looked dangerous for the period that he was on the pitch.Vihiga Bullets head coach Abdalla Juma is looking to make Bukhungu Stadium a fortress. https://t.co/U3eRUb56cl— Mozzart Sport Kenya (@MozzartSportKe) February 28, 2022 Juma has now explained why the player wasn’t at his known best against Leopards. He believes that the midfielder is yet to adjust to their style of play but is adamant that it is just a matter of time before he starts tearing defences apart.“He has not adapted to our style of play, we have our style and philosophy and understandably he has not adapted to our style because he is still new in the team. I believe that with more training sessions and games he will grow and become an important player for the team because he has the talent and he only needs to adapt to our philosophy and he will be an asset for us,” Juma told Mozzart Sport.Bullets will play FC Talanta on Sunday at BuKhungu Stadium in Kakamega.
