Kisumu All-Stars have appointed CAF instructor, George Ondula as their new coach, and they will be hoping that the experienced tactician stabilizes their boat.Ondula is not a very familiar face at the dugout but has sharpened many coaches as an instructor. He has previously coached Bondo United.The former Kenyan Premier League side has now confirmed Ondula’s acquisition. He replaces Salim Babu who ditched the club a month ago for the FKF Premier League side, Nzoia Sugar FC.“Today we’ve unveiled our new head coach George Ondula. Evans Oketch goes back to his assistant coach’s role while the other members of the technical bench retain their positions,” Ochieng told Mozzart Sport.He further exuded confidence that the tactician will change the team’s fortunes for the better.“Ondula is a seasoned, experienced coach and we are confident that he will perform here. We have full confidence in him and we expect that the team will soon start winning consistently,” he added.Ondula watched as his new side dismantled Nyamira Eagles 4-0 at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu on Wednesday afternoon. His first league assignment will be on Saturday when they host bottom-placed Mwatate United in Kisumu.
