Wazito FC midfielder Fidel Origa says they have to keep working hard in order to move from their current league position and ease drop from the FKF Premier League fears. The Fred Ambani-led team suffered a second defeat in the hands of KCB on Saturday, a result that could see the team drop to 16th in the table should Nzoia Sugar beat Posta Rangers on Sunday afternoon at the Kasarani Annex.Goals from Derrick Otanga and Henry Onyango helped KCB end their five-match winless win with a triumph over Ambani’s charges. Origa has now urged his teammates to keep pushing in order to get themselves out of that danger zone.”We have to keep working and improving. The last two games against Tusker and KCB have been disappointing but we have to dust ourselves up and plan on how to get positive results in our next assignments. We have to keep fighting, I am positive that we will turn things around soon,” he stated.Full-timeKCB 2-0 Wazito FC#Wazito4life pic.twitter.com/zDp9r2NxSj— Wazito Football Club (@wazitofc) March 12, 2022 Origa remains confident that the team will soon be off that red zone.”We have the confidence and the quality to lift the team off that danger zone. It is a matter of just making amends for the mistakes that we have been making and we will be good to go. When we get our chances, we need to make them count so that we can kill off games early enough,” he added.Next for Origa and Wazito is a home game against Gor Mahia on Tuesday in Kisumu.
