AFC Leopards assistant coach Tom ‘Gazza’ Juma has downplayed Kenya Police’s social media jibes ahead of Sunday’s league match between the two sides at the Nyayo National Stadium.Ahead of the game, the law enforcers took to social media to taunt Leopards saying they were going to teach Ingwe some lesson to add to last weekend’s win over Gor Mahia at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu. The win over Gor Mahia will coach Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omolo’s first as Kenya Police boss. He took over as coach a week ago and registered a win over his immediate former employer to start off his Police reign on a positive note.Reports reaching Police FC. He added that Police’s win against Gor Mahia counts for nothing ahead of the showdown between the two clubs.“We can’t engage in sideshows with them. AFC Leopards is not Gor Mahia and beating the latter doesn’t mean that they can beat any other team. Our focus is on the game, we respect all our opponents but the winner of the match will be determined on the pitch and not through throwing words in social media,” he told the Daily Nation.Ingwe are winless in their last three games and they will be desperate to end that run with a win over the law enforcers.
