Kenyan defender Frank Odhiambo expressed his delight after resuming training at Swedish top-tier side Djurgardens after recovering from a finger injury he suffered earlier in the month.The former Gor Mahia defender suffered a finger injury that required surgery while in training as the club was preparing for the Svenska Cup tie against Brommapojkarna.Odhiambo took to his social media to share his excitement after resuming train with the team, his return being in line with the projection by the club when the club reported on his absence.The former Bongonaya defender revealed the news of his return to Mozzart Sport last week, saying he had been cleared to go through the paces on his own awaiting to rejoin with the others.Frank Odhiambo resumes training in SwedenDjugardens kick off their league campaign on April 2 with an away tie against BK Hacken and the Kenyan will be hoping to use the remaining week to try and champion for a spot in the team.Since making the switch to Sweden, the defender has not hidden his lust for first team action, as well as the dream to follow the footsteps of Stars skipper Michael Olunga who made his first stop at Djurgarnders after leaving Gor.
