Fortune Sacco’s promotion credentials will once again be put to test when they host the high flying National Super League (NSL) debutants, Naivas at Kianyaga grounds on Saturday.Fortune who sit at the apex of the standings with 33 points dropped points last weekend after playing Shabana to a one-all draw and will have to beat the giant-slaying Naivas if they are to get back on track. The club’s forward Stephen Onyango believes that the game will be tough owing to Naivas’ form that has seen them defy odds to sit in the top four.Onyango who was the league’s second-best scorer in the 2018-19 season said he was hungry to increase his goal tally in the match.”We expect some tough opposition from the visitors who are doing good in the league. We have prepared well, especially in the areas that cost us three points in our last game. This is a game I want to score after struggling with form in the past,” said the former KCB forward. While Fortune will be looking to pull clear of the chasing pack, Naivas will on the other hand be gunning to cut the gap between them and match day opponents to four points. The Jeff Maina-coached side will also be hoping to get back to winning ways after sharing spoils in the last two matches against Mombasa Elite and Migori Youth. In other matches set to be played on Saturday, former top-flight duo of Vihiga United and Zoo FC will clash at the Mumias Sports Complex.Kibera Black Stars will host Mara Sugar at Camp Toyoyo looking to get back to winning ways following the 2-1 loss suffered in the hands of Zoo FC last weekend.Migori Youth are scheduled to take on Dandora Love at Migori Stadium while SS Assad will play MCF at Shamu grounds.
