It’s as good as done! Manchester United to finally get Erik Ten Hag as their new coach

It looks like the long wait is over and that Manchester United have finally gotten their man. According to ESPN, current Ajax head coach Erik Ten Hag has agreed to become the next Manchester United head coach.The 52-year-old Dutchman emerged as one of the four candidates to succeed Ralf Rangnick in the Old Trafford hot seat, alongside Luis Enrique, Julen Lopetegui and Mauricio Pochettino. He has identified Portuguese midfielder Ruben Neves as his number one transfer target – a player who could dramatically improve the Red Devils’ fortunes. The Wolverhampton Wanderers man is keen to test himself with a team competing in the UEFA Champions League – and United seem much closer to than compared to his current employers.
