Vihiga Bullets head coach Juma Abdallah says his side will be out to pile more misery on Mathare United when the two teams meet again in an FKF Premier League (FKFPL) match at the Bukhungu Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The two sides, occupying the bottom two positions in the league met on Saturday in Nairobi where Bullets downed the Slum Boys by a solitary goal to open an eight-point gap between them and the Jon Kamau-led team who are rock bottom in the log.The closely fought clash was a do-or-die clash for both teams and in the end, Uganda’s Jessy Kajuba settled the game in the Bullets’ favor with a second-half goal for Juma charges.🚨TABLE🚨Here’s the #FKFPL table after the weekend games where only @AFCLeopards, @BandariOfficial, and Vihiga Bullets were the only three teams that managed to register wins. #FFP pic.twitter.com/IGnFYK2hmA— Friends of Football (@friendsofutball) April 11, 2022 Ahead of the return leg, Juma says they have no choice but to complete a double over the 2008 champions in order to move up the log and eventually cheat o relegation.“We have to beat Mathare here at home. It was important to win the first leg away on Saturday and we must build on it when we play them on Saturday here at home. It is vital that we get that win which I believe will help us move away from the relegation zone by the end of this week’s matches,” he stated. He added that there are things that they have to fix in training before the second leg clash.“We planned well for the first leg in Nairobi and won and of course, there are areas that we have to go back and work on training before we face them at home. The target is to get all the points again over the weekend as we keep improving and growing, “he added. The match will kick off at 3 PM.
