Micho names underdogs for Kampala tour

Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic has named a squad of 24 players who will be in the Cranes Regional Tour match against Kampala Region Select Team at St. Mbaga Major Seminary, Ggaba on Saturday, 16th April 2022.The team consists of players from the Ugandan Premier League and the second tier. Seasoned Craes players have not been named in the squad that also consists of Abdul Aziizi Kayondo and Musa Ramathan who are set to join Czech Republic outfit MFK Vyskov.The team will meet on Friday and later play a buildup match against the Buganda Masaza Select side, at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium in Wakiso.The tours are part of Cranes’ preparation for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers (AFCON) and 2023 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers that start in June.
