At the same time, he realises that West Ham don’t want to lose him.Manchester United are interested in Rice, but West Ham boss David Moyes said a few days ago that “an offer of $190 million just now would be the minimum”, but that the player is not for sale. United would not pay that for 23-year-old, even though he is their main target in that position.
