Vihiga Bullets are gathering steam at a crucial stage of the season with head coach Abdalla Juma looking to register a victory against a faltering Posta Rangers side.The Vihiga-based club are unbeaten in the last four games with back-to-back victories against Mathare United handing them a shot in the arm in the relegation battle.Bullets working to topple Wazito from playoff spotSpeaking to Mozzart Sport, Juma is hoping to bridge the gap between UIinzi Stars and Wazito FC and was delighted to welcome back two players in his squad.“We have prepared well for the game against Rangers because when we get the three points we will be able to catch Wazito and Ulinzi Stars depending on their results.We need to win that game, I’m happy that Brain (Ochieng) is back and Kajoba (Jesse) is also back with the former previously having family commitments,” said Juma.Bullets could further be boosted by the three points yet to be awarded to them against Gor Mahia with the match abandoned due to crowd troubles as a court order is preventing them from receiving the points after the Caretaker Committee had initially handed them the points.Vihiga Bullets triumph over Mathare in relegation jostlingJuma added that he is looking to maintain their unbeaten run and has set a target of achieving 11 points in their remaining seven games of the season.“We want to maintain our unbeaten run, going forward we have a tricky clash against Bandari but we will fight to get a positive result.We are looking at the three games ahead of us and we sat down as a team and agreed that we have to collect 11 points from the remaining games of the season,” added Juma.
