AFC Leopards attacker Victor Omune has lauded the team’s supporters and labeled them the spine of the team as the 2021/22 season nears its end.Since his return to the club in March, Omune has been inspirational for Ingwe and has three goals and two assists to his name. His latest goal came against Gor Mahia in the one-all draw on Sunday at the Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani.This campaign, Ingwe have enjoyed the biggest fan support with their loyalists thronging the stadium to support the club both financially and through cheering.Their efforts has not gone unnoticed and Omune believes that the fans are the spine of the team.“The fans are like our spine with regards to the good performance that we have been having of late. They are a blessing to us and we thank God for that for sure.
