The defender wasn’t originally supposed to be with the first team against Wolfsburg – but after Marcel Sabitzer suffered an injury, Nagelsmann asked Sule if he wanted to travel to Wolfsburg. The response was negative, much to the coach’s surprise. “We asked Niki if he still wanted to come with us. He said: No, rather not, because he hadn’t prepared for it. But it didn’t end there.After the Wolfsburg game, the entire Bayern squad greeted the fans on Saturday night, which is a tradition for Germany’s most successful club. Almost 1,000 supporters arrived there to spend time with the players. Even those who didn’t feature in Wolfsburg made an effort and joined their teammates for the meetup.
