Having gone 11 games without finding the back of the net, Nzoia Sugar FC head coach Salim Babu is hoping his top scorer Levis Barasa can rediscover his form.Barasa has scored the most goals at Nzoia this season having netted eight goals thus far but has seen his form dip at the latter stages of the season.Nzoia Sugar derail Tusker’s title chargeHis slump has affected the club as they have now gone eight games without tasting victory, a run that has left them staring down the barrel.Babu admitted that Barasa has been struggling with his form but he is looking to motivate him to find his scoring boots once more.“He has been struggling a bit of late, he has lost his touch but we are trying to encourage him because we are depending on him in the remaining games.We really hope that he can end his goal drought and score in the remaining games of the season,” added Babu.Nzoia’s Salim Babu feeling heat of relegation battleWith Barasa struggling for form, the scoring burden has rested on James Kibande’s shoulders who has found the net regularly in recent games including the 2-2 draw against Tusker.Basara however missed the games after the 2-2 draw against Bandari as he was sent off for a dangerous foul on Dennis Magige.
