There are no plans to sign him whatsoever,” he told Mozzart Sport.Owino has been in Zambia for the last seven years. He started out with Zesco United where he lasted for five seasons before decamping to Napsa. During the 2020/21 season, they suffered relegation from the top tier but managed to bounce back immediately a season later and they will now feature in the top tier next season.The 2021/22 season was a good one for the defender as he not only won promotion back to the top tier but also bagged the Absa Cup. At the end of the season he bagged a personal accolade when he was named the most disciplined player at the club.
