Now it’s time for a break with family and friends and they should enjoy it. I would also like to thank Ingwe fans for the amazing support in the last weeks, it helped the team a lot. I guess next season things will be better,” the tactician said.Aussems left the country earlier in the month for his holiday even with Ingwe still had to play two matches to the end of the campaign, with his assistant Tom Juma taking over the reins for the final two matches.pic.twitter.com/kTHkZ1LiBv— Patrick Aussems (@PatrickAussems) June 14, 2022 It was not a smooth sail for Juma though as a section of the regular players downed tools for those two matches in the trips to Thika Stadium against Nairobi City Stars and to Sudi for the Nzoia Sugar FC clash, with only 15 players on the team sheet in both matches.Last season, Aussems left early too and came back a few matches into the just concluded season and has assured AFC fans that he will be back ‘soon’.Ingwe won 11 games and drew 13, losing nine matches in the process to end the season with 46 points.
