Ex Harambee Stars winger and KPL founding member passes on

Former Kenya Premier League Limited head of Finance and Compliance Committee George ‘Nyundo’ Odhiambo has passed on, KPL have confirmed.Nyundo, a renowned former basketball player also served as chairman of FKF Premier League side, KCB FC. He passed on earlier this week.KPL has released a statement confirming his demise. KPL CEO Jack Oguda has confirmed the former administrator’s demise. Oguda hailed him for formulating policies that helped the company grow financially.“It is with deep sorrow that KPL announces the passing on of George Odhiambo who served as the Chairman of the Finance & Compliance Committee. George was a key pillar in the growth and development as through his leadership, he formulated policies that ensured the company’s financial stability. Wambani passed on while undergoing treatment in hospital.
