Since garnering promotion to the Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL), Kenya Police FC have been on a spending spree but head coach Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omolo has revealed that the club will make limited signings in the off season transfer window.Police made a plethora of additions since last season with a number of them being marque signings after roping in Francis Kahata, Duke Abuya, Harun Shakava, Elvis Rupia, Duncan Otieno and Musa Mohammed just to mention a few.Pamzo outlines why Police have a bright future next seasonPamzo noted that the club will conduct their business in the transfer window a bit differently in the coming window as they plan to make strategic and shrewd signings just as any other team in football during the transfer window.”We are not going to make wholesome changes, we are just going to strengthen the team with maybe two or three players. Signings are normal for a club even teams who have won the Champions League still sign so also for us we going to strengthen the team just with the right players and with that I think we’ll have a good coming season,” said Pamzo.##NAJAVA_MECA_6497556##The Football Kenya Federation Transition Committee is yet to announce the opening dates for the off season transfer window despite a number of clubs already making plans for their pre season training. The Law Enforcers have some players currently in Police training with Yusuf Mainge, Marvin Nabwire, Kevin Ouma and Dan Musamali expected to join the rest of the squad sometime next season.Charged Pamzo working to build on sprightly Police draw with mighty Homeboyz”I cannot say that we are looking to strengthen a specific position but in Kenya most teams are always looking for a good forward and most coaches will tell you that. You have to remember that we have a number of players in Police training, the likes of Mainge, Marvin and Musamali who we signed during the mid season and that’s why we don’t sign a lot of players,” added Pamzo.
