Kenya Police FC head coach Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omolo is happy with the progress his team is making in pre-season ahead of the new season and believes that they are on the right path with the 2022/23 season commencing in three weeks’ time.Police resumed training three weeks ago to prepare for the new campaign and have so far featured in a couple of build matches as they seek to take the league by storm in their second season in the top flight.##NAJAVA_MECA_6548867##The team has also made a few additions to the squad. Reagan Otieno and Baraka Badi were acquired from KCB to boost attack and defense respectively, Patilah Omoto was roped in from Kariobangi Sharks to solidify the midfield department while David Odhiambo from Kakamega Homeboyz will give Pamzo more options upfront.The tactician, who joined the team in March and helped them to a tenth place finish in the log and in terms of fitness says his team is currently just under the halfway mark but believes that they will get better with more training sessions”In terms of fitness, I can say we are at 40% and we are trying to push it higher.
