Coach Charles Odera says he has lined up some friendly matches to help sharpen his team in readiness for the commencement of the new season.“We resumed training on Sunday with some light training and it will get more serious in the coming weeks. We had given the players a short break that was extended due to the polls but we are now back, we will train and play some build up matches ahead of the new season, I believe that we will be ready by the time the new season commences,” he told Mozzart Sport.On transfers, the tactician reiterated his desire to retain the squad that helped the team earn promotion to the top tier. He says that they will be brining on board a maximum of five players and he is keen on beefing up each department with one player.“As I said, we are not going to overhaul the team. We are going to bring on board a maximum of five players. We need an experienced goalkeeper, one who has played in the premier league. We also need a fullback who can play both in the right and left positions, one central defender, one central midfielder and a striker.
