Nozia Sugar FC have beefed up their squad after acquiring three new players ahead of the new season that commences in two weeks’ time.The club had already signed Harun Thomas from KCB and were in talks with Steven Wakanya over a possible return to the club after he parted ways with Kakamega Homeboyz. The two parties however failed to reach an agreement and the midfielder has since left the club’s training.The team has now brought three new players on board. The three are Yassin Sije, Steven Otieno, and Timothy Wanyanga.Sije is a striker who joins the team from the newly promoted National Super League side, Mayenje Santos. He was in the books of Kariobangi Sharks last season and he departs the club after one season. He has previously played for Kisumu All-Stars.Wanyanga is a left-back who joins the millers after he was released by Posta Rangers. The defender has previously turned out for the now defunct Chemeil Sugar FC.“We have signed three players, everything has been concluded. They are all quality players who we believe make us better and more competitive.
