While continuing their good deeds in Turkana County, leading gaming firm Mozzart Bet extended a hand to local football club Ajoks’ FC by donating a whole set of uniforms and balls.The Katilu-based side were the latest beneficiaries of Mozzart’s ‘New Jerseys for New Champions’ program that has seen more than a hundred grassroots teams across the country benefit.Speaking at Katilu during the handover ceremony, Mozzart’s Country Manager Sasa Krneta said that the deed was in line with the company’s goal of promoting sports in the country from the grassroots all the way to the top tier.”We believe in promoting sports at all levels and this is one of our way of doing it. Talents are found everywhere, and we are proud to be part of that to help unearth them. We will continue supporting the game,” he posited.James Muchu, a local in Katilu, expressed his appreciation to Mozzart for the noble act to go all the way to the place to recognize the team, asking the firm to continue supporting the team.“We are very thankful for the jerseys and the balls. We urge that Mozzart continues to support the team, as well as other teams within the region. There are many players who have come from very remote places because they were identified from such exercises,” Muchu noted.Mozzart’s Marketing Manager Frank Ochieng’ urged the players to believe in the beauty of their dreams, pointing out that the ultimate dream should be to play professional football.“Everything that you dream of, since the inception of the team in 2015 is achievable. You have won five trophies in various tournaments and that is very commendable. The dream is to ensure that we have players from Katilu play professional football,” he said.This was in addition to the borehole projects that have been fully funded by the firm to the tune of Ksh 5.5 million were officially commissioned on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th August.
