FKF Premier League side Nzoia Sugar FC have confirmed the arrival of seven new players to wrap up their transfer business ahead of the 2022/23 season that commences in a fortnight.The Millers, who have so far lost only two players unlike in previous windows, have boosted all their departments. The club has so far lost Randy Bakari to Bidco United and Levis Okello to Kakamega Homeboyz. He is expected to bring competition to the goalkeeping department that already has captain Humphrey Katasi and Benson Mangala.Timothy Wanyanga, a left-back from Posta Rangers is set to battle it out with Vincent Mahiga for a starting berth in the Salim Babu-led outfit.The club has also roped in Prince Ayieko a central defender from AFC Leopards. Ayieko joined Ingwe at the start of last season from Vihiga United but never featured for the club. He replaces Bakari at the heart of Nzoia Sugar’s defence.The club has also brought on board two strikers to replace Okello and Tyson Kapchanga who has been linked with a move to Kariobangi Sharks. The two are Yassin Sije from Mayenje Santos who was the top scorer in the third tier with 21 goals last season and Mohammed Dololo, a Kenyan striker who was based in Burundi, KCB midfielder Harun Thomas has also been acquired.
