Randy Bakari’s move to Bidco United has fallen through and the player has since returned to his club Nzoia Sugar FC.The central defender was among United’s newly unveiled players and has been with the team throughout pre-season as coach Anthony Akhulia looked to beef up that backline that was an area of concern for them last season.He impressed during pre-season but he has had to return to Nzoia after the club declined to hand him a release letter in order to complete his switch to the millers’ camp. We had agreed on everything with the player but his club refused to release him and so he had to go back to his club,” he stated.With the window closed as per the FKF Transition Committee, Bidco will have to wait until the mid-season window to recruit players but Akhulia is not worried. He says he has a number of utility players who can fill in.“I think we have a couple of options in that position.
