For the third time this year, Kenya Police FC and Ulinzi Stars settled for a draw as the two teams registered a thrilling 2-2 in an Elite Preseason Cup clash staged at the Kasarani Annex on Saturday.Duke Abuya opened the scoring before Boniface Muchiri restored parity with a long range freekick.
