Ulinzi Stars head coach Bernard Mwalala had nothing but praises for young midfielder Staphod Odhiambo following his decent show for the soldiers.The 18-year-old midfielder had a good game against National Super League side MCF in the Elite Pre-Season Cup at Kasarani Annex earlier in the week as the Soldiers came from behind to win 1-0.Odhiambo joined the military side in the recent window from Bondo United, one of the teenagers the club signed as they aim to inject new blood into the team ahead of the new campaign.Speaking earlier in the week, Mwalala was impressed with Odhiambo’s show despite his tender age, noting that the player showed him exactly what he wants to see from his midfielders.”The biggest surprise was Staphod.
