Mayaka misses action in the US

Kenyan midfielder Philip Mayaka missed the matchday squad as his Switchbacks FC registered an emphatic 4-1 win over El Paso in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship. The game was put beyond El Paso in the 59th minute when Switchbacks were handed a penalty which Ngalina stepped up to take and made no mistake. Kasiyre keen on pumping in more than ten goals in maiden season with SofapakaNgalina capped his fine performance by sealing a deserved hat-trick in the 69th minute as he had a hand in all the Switchback goals on the night. The score line was historic for Switchback as they claimed their first ever win over El Paso and will travel to face New Mexico on Saturday 15 October.
