Ulinzi Stars FC will sign midfielder Francis Omondi if the transfer window is reopened before the start of the 2022/23 FKF Premier League campaign, Coach Bernard Mwalala has disclosed.The defensive midfielder has been training with the law enforcers after parting ways with Kakamega Homeboyz.
