Coaches who have come through our systems have been identifying players for us and ultimately, we will pick one to be our club head coach,” he said. With the club hunting for a new sponsor, Obure revealed that they are looking to assemble a team whose average age is 23 years and bring in a few veterans to guide the rookies.Ogutu confirmed as new Kibera Black Stars head coachHe said the decision to work with young players going forward was informed by the need to secure the future of the club as well avoid the never ending pay disputes emanating from delayed salaries.”We want to work with upcoming players going forward. The future of the club can only be secure if we invest heavily in youthful players. The club wants to work with players whom we can afford to pay on time so that they can fully focus on playing football,” he added.
