Johanna Omolo makes full debut in second stint at Belgium outfit Vise

Kenyan international Johanna Omolo made his full debut for his second stint at Belgium third-tier side URSL Vise on Saturday as they beat Francs Borains 2-1 on the road in a league match.Despite it being his second appearance for Vise since his return at the start of October, it was his first start having come off the bench in the 3-2 loss to Sporting Charleroi II just days after being unveiled.Johanna Omolo returns to BelgiumVise took the lead in the game with two quickfire goals in a span of four minutes courtesy of Ilombé Mboyo and Alessio Cascio in the 11th and 15th minutes respectively but the opponent pulled one back at the stroke of the hour mark through Teddy Étienne Chevalier but they could not manage to get the leveler.The midfielder had been without a club since parting ways with Turkish club Kocaelispor in May and opted to pen a short-term deal with the third-tier side until January next year.Why Johanna Omolo took Master’s program in Sports ManagementVise is the club where the 32-year-old started his professional career in 2007 having joined from Coastal Stars, and where he went on to spend two years until 2009 in his formative years.In June, Omolo graduated with a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from the Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid in Madrid, Spain.
