Rookie Onyango sets target for the new season, eyes move abroad

Sofapaka FC striker Jacob Onyango is keen on featuring more next season and has a target of 15 goals as he works towards achieving his dream of playing abroad in the near future.The former St. Anthony’s Boys Kitale striker is in his second season with Batoto ba Mungu. I want to score around 15 goals and I believe that it is something that I can achieve. Just like any other player, I have dreams of playing abroad and I can only achieve this through performing well at my current club. I am going to fight to get more playtime so that I can score many goals to help the team contest for the title, ” he added.In an earlier interview, the former Kenya U-20 attacker said that he had picked valuable lessons from his debut season which he believes will come in handy in the coming campaign.”I have grown a lot from the experience I gained last season, having been with a group of experienced players.
