KCB sign youthful ex-Wazito custodian

Former Wazito FC goalkeeper, Bixente Otieno has joined FKF Premier League rivals, KCB on a one-year deal ahead of the 2022/23 season that gets underway on Saturday, Mozzart Sport can report.The youthful custodian had been training with the Bankers for weeks now and having impressed the coaching staff, he has earned a deal with the Zedekiah Otieno-led outfit who will be going all out for the title this season after making mass recruitment during the off-season window.##NAJAVA_MECA_6821052##Otieno, who was in Wazito’s books for three years joins KCB as a replacement for Sydney Oduor who left the club a few weeks ago for Bidco United. Oduor returned to United after two seasons with KCB, a side he did not make a single competitive appearance for.In an earlier interview, KCB assistant coach Godfrey Oduor said a decision on Otieno’s signing was yet to be made.”It is true that he has been training with us for some time now, he’s the only keeper training with the team but we have not signed him yet,” he said.”The decision lies with the head of the department, the goalkeepers’ coach.
