Nzoia acquired Yasin Sije from Division One side Mayenje Santos in a bid to fill in the gap left by Okello. Further, the club acquired Barisa who prior to putting pen to paper was a free agent. With Sije unavailable in the opening match due to an illness, coach Salim Babu will solely rely on Barisa who had a brief stint in the Burundian league early this year to lead the forward line.
