KCB midfielder Danson Chetambe is praying for an injury-free 2022/23 season as he seeks to play a part in the Bankers’ search for their maiden league title.The central midfielder, who crossed over to KCB from Bandari FC during the off-season window is one of the 14 players acquired by the Zedekiah Otieno-led outfit. He wants to chip in with goals and assists.“I am praying for an injury-free season so that I can play a part in the success of the team. As a midfielder, I want to score goals and set up others for my teammates and if we pull in the same direction, I believe that we will achieve our goal which is lifting the title,” he told the club media.The midfielder has settled in well and he says everyone in the team has been welcoming.“I was received well, everyone has been welcoming and I have settled in well. I can say everything has been good so far.
