Prodigal son David Majak returns to Tusker after four months of ghosting the club

Hardly a week after coming out and boldly revealing why he was absconding duty, Tusker forward David Majak has reunited with the club after more than three months of ghosting the club. Last week, the South Sudanese goal poacher said ‘personal reasons’ had forced him to desert training amid reports that he had fallen out with the technical bench over unspecified reasons.##NAJAVA_MECA_6834023##Majak disclosed that he had last trained with the club in July before proceeding on a break, apparently to solve the ‘issue’ that had forced him out. While away from club duties the youthful forward was training with a group of experienced players who have been club-less since July.According to Tusker team manager George Opondo, Majak whom he insisted that he was still their player who has a running deal joined the rest in training on Wednesday morning.”He has always been our player contrary to reports which might have suggested otherwise. He resumed training with us today and it is upon him to fight for a place in the first team,” he said. Why David Majak has been ghosting TuskerOpondo further stated that the former Mt. Kenya United man is registered and bears a card, therefore can be selected to feature in league matches. Tusker kicked off life in the season positively after beating Kakamega Homeboyz 2-1 last Saturday at Bukhungu Stadium. It remains to be seen whether Majak will be summoned for duty when the beer makers face Nairobi City Stars this weekend at Kasarani Stadium.
