Mwangi’s first half strike earns KCB three points down at Coast

Title hopefuls KCB have returned to winning ways after shocking Bandari 1-0 in a Football Kenya Federation Premier League game played at the Mbaraki Stadium on Sunday.KCB had lost their previous encounter 1-0 to Kakamega Homeboyz at the Kasarani Annex last weekend and travelled down to the coast looking to upset the hosts who have also been billed as potential candidates for the gong and get back on track.Bandari were also looking to regain their winning mojo after playing Nzoia Sugar to a barren draw at the Sudi Stadium in their last encounter. This was the second time the dockers were conceding first while playing infront of their home fans as they leaked first in the league opener against Sofapaka before rallying to win the duel 2-1.KCB held on the slim advantage up to the final whistle to scoop maximum points from a ground that is deemed as a tough hunting ground for visiting teams.
