Famed Kothbiro tournament appeals for help amidst financial crisis

Kenya’ biggest off-season football tournament Kothbiro is appealing for financial help ahead of its resumption on Thursday following a one week enforced break.The tournament had entered the round of 16 before it took a break after facing financial challenges that made it difficult to proceed.With the challenge, the organizing committee is now appealing for sponsorships to help put the tourney back to its feet.#kothbiro #tukutanegrao #betmoto pic.twitter.com/1i03sKfSxT— Kothbiro Football Tournament (@KOTHBIRO2) December 30, 2020 “We are expecting the games to resume from next week hopefully on Thursday. We are however appealing for sponsorship to help us run the tournament.
