Homeboyz coach uninterested in pursuing revenge against Sofapaka, focused on bagging three points

Kakamega Homeboyz head coach John Baraza will on Wednesday be facing his former employer in Sofapaka since leaving the club in December 2020.Baraza was considered a loyal Sofapaka lieutenant having served the club for more than ten years as a player, captain, interim coach and ultimately head coach.His long stint came to an end in 2020 when he was shown the door over a string of poor results, bringing to an end his marriage with Batoto Ba Mungu.After leaving Sofapaka, Baraza joined Division One side Equity FC and would later move to Super League as Mara Sugar went for his expertise.##NAJAVA_MECA_6971601##Last year, Baraza returned to the top flight as Homeboyz acquired him to fill in the void left by Bernard Mwalala who left the club in July.Baraza says he is hopeful of recording a win over Sofapaka and cool off the pressure triggered by the club’s dismal return of results while playing in front of home fans.Posta Rangers promise to give KCB a run for their money” I am not interested in revenge or serving my former employer bitterness at all.
