Harambee Stars coach Engin Firat will earn a monthly salary of Ksh 1.5 Million according to a contract betwwen the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) and the tactician. This will take his annual salary to Ksh 18 million and Ksh 54 million for the three years he will be in charge.According to a source at FKF, Firat initially wanted to be paid Ksh 6 million per month but after negotiations settled on the current figure. “He is a top coach and we are glad we convinced him to accept our offer because we really couldn’t afford what he was asking.” Said the official. Firat is expected in Nairobi next month to begin his work.
