Everton have confirmed the appointment of former Burnley boss Sean Dyche as their new manager on a two-and-a-half-year contract.Dyche had been chosen by the Everton board as Frank Lampard’s successor after they couldn’t agree on terms with former Leeds gaffer Marcelo Bielsa.
