Nairobi County Football Association has threatened to take stern actions against Sports Cabinet Secretary Ababu Namwamba for what they term as gross violation of the provisions of the Kenyan Constitution and defiling court rulings.In their letter to the Sports CS, the Nairobi CFA said that they will sue Ababu, write to the senate to have him appear before the relevant committee, and if push comes to shove seek to have his removal from office if he does not put things in black and white as per their prayers.The association has given Namwamba ultimatums to choose from, either to reinstate the FKF’s National Executive Committee via writing or honor the High Court ruling no E473 of 2021 and Sports Disputes Tribunal 36,38 and 39 which confirmed the removal of Football Kenya Federation officials.FKF declares 2021/2022 seasons null and void, set dates for new campaigns”On 27th Thursday of October 2022, you were sworn in to defend the constitution of Kenya.
