Tusker FC left back Boniface Onyango on Tuesday underwent surgery on his knee and is expected to be out for “the next few months” the club confirmed.Boniface Onyango’s last involvement in a game came two weeks ago in a 3-0 humiliating defeat to Kenya Police at the Moi International Sports Center (Kasarani).The defender was noticeably missing from last weekend’s matchday squad against Kariobangi Sharks in a game where the Brewers dropped points yet again this season in a 1-1 draw.“It’s a blow to the team,” Tusker head coach Robert Matano said after the club’s training session. “Every player missing from our team through injury is always a blow because all players I have are important.
