President Paul Kagame pledges continued support for regional Kagame Cup

Rwanda President Paul Kagame assured of his continued support for the CECAFA Club Cup (Kagame Cup) when he met a delegation from the regional football at State House, Rwanda, on Thursday.The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 73rd FIFA Congress, which Rwanda hosted, and saw Gianni Infantino elected unopposed as the FIFA president for another four-year term.##NAJAVA_MECA_7099561##Present during the meeting were the federation heads of the 12 member states forming CECAFA, led by Wallace Karia of Tanzania, the current president of CECAFA.The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) was represented by deputy president Doris Petra.”President Kagame challenged us to work together to ensure that all CECAFA members do well in continental football.
