It will also form the basis for selection of the Kenya U15 and U17 teams as the league will be rolled throughout the country, he added.##NAJAVA_MECA_7108290##The return of the tournament will mark the competition entering its third edition. The first edition was held in 2017 where Kenya formed the very first U15 national team. The national U15 side went on to lift the 2019 edition.”Many of those players are now playing on the Kenyan Premier League and NSL and some have got contracts to play abroad. Unfortunately this program was adversely affected first by COVID-19 and secondly by the FIFA ban.
