Tiger Woods continues to defy the odds in the twilight of his career.
The legendary golfer stuck it to bettors who predicted he wouldn’t make the cut at this year’s Masters Tournament by miraculously hanging around in the competition on Saturday.

While Woods is still a long shot to sport another green jacket, he tied a Masters record by making the cut for the 23rd consecutive time that he’s competed in Augusta, Georgia.
Bettors took a major hit as he had the most wagers on him of any player to miss the cut at The Masters. The sportsbooks will certainly be tipping their cap to Woods after he continued his streak of not missing the cut at the tournament.

Maybe bettors will learn that it’s never, ever wise to wager against one of the all-time greats of the golfing world, even if he’s possibly nearing the end of his professional career.
