KCB’s Modern Approach To Football: Bankers to hire full-time Video Analyst for title pursuit

KCB have taken their Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) title ambitions higher with plans to hire a full time video analyst.The club five days ago, advertised for the positon whose holder will work with the technical bench led by coach Zedekiah Otieno.According to Otieno they have had someone in the position but he has been doing other duties as well.“We want someone full time in line with the demands and dictates of the modern game. Such a person will help the technical bench to analyse our mistakes after training and after our games. Coaching has changed drastically and if you want to be at par with the best, it is important to adopt modern technologies,” he said.The bankers are among the title contenders this season and are currently fourth position on the log.##NAJAVA_MECA_7180192##The video analysist will have the following responsibilities: Record matches, training sessions, analyse player development through training, match footage, and coach assessments to assist in creating individual development programs. Ugandan keeper Benjamin Ochan seeks out of court settlement with AFC LeopardsOther responsibilities will include, management of player data, monitoring and all required performance information, provide detailed video based dossiers for potential players, create age and learning style appropriate educational content on a team, unit and individual basis to meet the needs of KCB FC.The desired candidate will need to have proficiency in vide shooting and analysis with three years’ experience. Those who have worked previously with KPL team will have an added advantage.
